{"id":1039,"date":"2018-06-27T11:27:50","date_gmt":"2018-06-27T09:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poe.pravo.upjs.sk\/?page_id=1039"},"modified":"2025-04-02T12:51:19","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T10:51:19","slug":"proclamation-on-publication-ethics","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/poe.pravo.upjs.sk\/?page_id=1039&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Proclamation on publication ethics"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8220;&#8220;]<strong>Proceedings from the Symposium Law \u2013 Commerce \u2013 Economy<\/strong> are published annually at the occasion of the <strong>scientific international symposium Law \u2013 Commerce \u2013 Economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Papers published contain not only the examination of the recent issues\u00a0<em>de lege lata<\/em>, but include also considerations and proposal\u00a0<em>de lege ferenda<\/em>\u00a0on the <strong>national as well as on the international level<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It is necessary to highlight <strong>the international aspect of the Law \u2013 Commerce \u2013 Economy proceedings<\/strong>, as the published authors are not only representatives of the Slovak, but also of the international academic field and practice causing the title of the scientific symposium as international.<\/p>\n<p>The International Scientific Committee of the Symposium as well as the proceedings publishers realize <strong>the need to ensure the integrity of scientific publications<\/strong> <strong>as well as the need to fulfil ethical standards<\/strong> in scientific examination and publication.<\/p>\n<p>The International Scientific Committee of the Symposium and the proceedings\u2019 publishers try to ensure that <strong>only original scientific papers<\/strong> are published, and for this reason adopt necessary measures to prevent plagiarism, e. g. through the <strong>standard review process based on the double-blind peer review<\/strong>.
