JUDr. Bohumil Havel, PhD. is the head of the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University, Praha and a researcher at the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences and a member of the Czech Government Legislative Council. He is a member of numerous recodification commissions for the preparation of legislative acts.
