It is published periodically in conjunction with the international academic conference LAW \u2013 COMMERCE\u2013 ECONOMY.<\/p>\n<p>The journal\u2019s editorial policy is based on the principles of academic integrity, expertise, impartiality, transparency, independence of editorial decision-making, equal treatment of authors and responsible academic publishing.<\/p>\n<p>In applying publication and ethical standards, the proceedings adhere to the generally accepted principles of academic publishing, in particular the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the principles of transparency and good practice in scholarly publishing.<\/p>\n<p>The editorial board decides on the acceptance of a manuscript solely on the basis of its scientific quality, originality, relevance to the journal\u2019s scope, methodological rigour and contribution to the advancement of knowledge.
