The organizers of the international symposium try to reflect the fundamental legislative changes in both domestic legislation and international and European legal space through their program. In recent months, among other important topics, the following areas of scientific and legislative problems have resonated, to which the organizers decided to pay detailed attention:

- New legislation in insolvency law and its impact on practice
- The impact of digital regulation (DSA, Artificial Intelligence Act and related amendments) on the business environment
The aim of the symposium is to present original ideas, opinions, information and the results of the scientific research within the scope of the projects APVV-21-0336 Analysis of Judicial Decisions using Artificial Intelligence, APVV-23-0331 Capital Market Union Integration: Reshaping Corporate Finance and Rescuing Companies in Distress, APVV-24-0171 Digital balance – moderating illegal content and resolving disputes on digital platforms, and VV-MVP-24-0038 Analysis of liability for Internet torts with machine learning methods .
