Papers shall be submitted in the provided form and shall fulfil instructions specified in it.
Please submit your papers through email pravf-konf.poe@upjs.sk. In the subject of the email please state POE2024-paper.
The symposium’s coordinators reserves the right not to include in proceedings a paper that:
- does not respect the instructions as specified in the form,
- does not relate to the symposium’s subject,
- is not recommended for publication by the reviewers,
- is submitted after the due date or
- does not fulfil requirements for an original scientific paper.
If the paper fulfils the formal and structural requirements as specified, it will be submitted for review by at least two reviewers.
The review process is based on a double-blind peer review principle.
The submitted reviews will be presented to the International Scientific Committee of the Symposium, which will determine which papers will be published in the symposium’s proceedings.
The International Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the conditional publication of the paper, specifically that the paper will be published if its author modifies it according to the reviews.
Papers evaluated in the review process as of high quality will be also included in the peer-reviewed conference proceedings submitted for indexing in the Web of Science database.
The author is responsible for ensuring that his or her paper does not infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others and does not infringes the right to the protection of personal rights or reputation of others.
If a fine is imposed on the editor due to the author’s violation of the abovementioned obligations, or if the editor will be obliged to compensate damages, or if other proprietary or nor-proprietary harm will be caused, the author is obliged to fully compensate all harm caused to the editor.
The proceedings are compiled and published in accordance with the Declaration of the Publication Ethics.
