LAW – COMMERCE– ECONOMY is an international interdisciplinary collection of academic papers focusing on current issues in law, commerce and economy and their intersections. It is published periodically in conjunction with the international academic conference LAW – COMMERCE– ECONOMY.
The journal’s editorial policy is based on the principles of academic integrity, expertise, impartiality, transparency, independence of editorial decision-making, equal treatment of authors and responsible academic publishing.
In applying publication and ethical standards, the proceedings adhere to the generally accepted principles of academic publishing, in particular the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the principles of transparency and good practice in scholarly publishing.
The editorial board decides on the acceptance of a manuscript solely on the basis of its scientific quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, methodological rigour and contribution to the advancement of knowledge. The author’s origin, place of employment, academic title, gender, nationality, ethnic origin, or political or religious beliefs must not be grounds for differential treatment.
